Laura was first introduced to Public Health and Curamericas when the organization was a guest speaker in an undergraduate course. After several internships, Laura decided to pursue a degree in public health and earned her MPH from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health in 2020 with a concentration in healthcare leadership. Laura has been working in clinical research for almost 3 years in the academic and CRO setting. She is currently working for a biotech leading global oncology trials. In her free time, Laura loves to bake and cook, paint, and spend time with her family. She is excited to spread the word about the amazing work Curamericas does for women and children around the world!
