Stuart is a Civil Rights Investigator at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. Prior to his role at UVA, Stuart investigated discrimination complaints for the State of Maine and worked in private law practice in Chicago, Illinois. A Midwesterner by birth, Stuart attended Beloit College and Chicago-Kent College of Law.
