Lisa Hoskins, MSW, LCSW
Lisa became connected with Curamericas Global in 2016 when she traveled to Guatemala with her 16 year old daughter and faith community. She was able to see first hand the amazing and impactful work being done in remote communities. As international work has always been an interest, learning and serving in this capacity has been a wonderful experience.
Lisa is the Director of Care Services & Advocacy at the ALS Association North Carolina Chapter. She has a Bachelor and Master Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Her main area of practice has been in healthcare, aging, life limiting illness and end of life care. She worked for Hospice of Wake County (now Transitions LifeCare) as well as spent many years as a full-time, stay-at-home mother and volunteer.
